Just a short note to say that I haven't posted these last few days due to technical malfunctions on my Internet connection at home (which has been fixed!) and also Blogger now seems to not let me post pictures -- and what's a food blog without pictures?!
So just to let you all know I am not lying in a ditch somewhere, or worse, eating microwaveable baked beans, I am cooking, eating, and most importantly, enjoying it!
